The Midea MP09EMB32 is a 9,000 BTU packaged terminal air conditioner built for hotels, multi-family housing, assisted living and offices that need independent room-by-room climate control. It pairs a high-efficiency sealed cooling system rated at 12.8 EER with a factory-installed 3.5 kW resistive electric heat strip, so a single chassis covers both seasons. Electronic push-button controls with an LED display make setting the room temperature straightforward for guests and residents, while auto-restart returns the unit to its last settings after a power interruption. The unit runs on a 208/230V, 20 amp circuit through a NEMA 6-20 cord and uses lower-GWP R-32 refrigerant. It drops into any standard 42" x 16" wall sleeve, so it is a direct replacement for most existing PTAC installations. Wall sleeve and exterior grille are sold separately.
