3. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to request a return or replacement. We will make the necessary arrangements to resolve the issue promptly.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  • Locate the order containing the item you want to return and click on the "Return Items" button.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the return request.

5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged or defective product), we will cover the cost of return shipping. If the return is for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Refund or Replacement

Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process your refund or replacement. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the return is processed. Replacements will be shipped promptly.

7. Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fee for eligible returns. You will receive a full refund of the item's purchase price.
