The JennAir JWD3030EX is a 30-inch panel-ready electric warming drawer with 1.5 cu. ft. of capacity, designed to be integrated with a custom panel for a seamless built-in look. Sensor Temperature Control automatically monitors and regulates the drawer's temperature (up to 225 degrees F, 600 total watts) for consistent results.
Beyond keeping plates and prepared dishes warm, the drawer offers a Slow Roast function with two settings for tender, moist roasting of beef, pork and poultry over a long, low-temperature cook, plus a Bread Proofing function that creates a controlled environment to activate yeast and let dough rise. A Humidity Slide Control with Moist and Dry settings lets you hold in moisture for soft foods or vent steam for crisp results. Approved for both indoor and outdoor installation with flush installation. Made in the USA.
