The Comfort-Aire ZHP12SA-1 is a complete single-zone ductless mini-split heat pump system from the ZHP line, Comfort-Aire's top efficiency tier — matched outdoor condenser and indoor head, factory charged for 25 ft. of line set. A full ton of cooling and heating at 29.4 SEER2 with a 14.5 HSPF2, holding heat output down to -22°F ambient. Uses the new R-454B refrigerant and carries a 10-year compressor and parts warranty.
