The Comfort-Aire A-VFH24TC-1 is a three-zone outdoor condensing unit from the VFH line, rated at 23,200 BTUH cooling and 24,000 BTUH heating on 208/230V at 21 SEER2 / 12.5 EER2 and 10 HSPF2. It runs three independent VFH indoor units off one outdoor section and one circuit, and unlike the rest of the VFH line it carries a -22°F low-ambient heating rating. At 58 dBA it is quiet for a three-zone condenser. This is the outdoor section only; it must be paired with three compatible VFH indoor units. Note: no wireless remote is included.
