The Comfort-Aire PTTH09C-1 is a 9,000 BTU packaged terminal heat pump with a 2 kW electric backup heat strip, built on the compact 26 in. chassis instead of the industry-standard 42 in. one. It is the only heat pump in the 26 in. size — the pick when a narrow existing wall opening rules out a full-size PTHP but you still want heat-pump heating rather than resistance-only. Delivers 8,600 to 8,800 BTUH of heat pump heating. Three fan speeds, R32 refrigerant. Requires a wall sleeve and exterior grille, sold separately.
