Description
The Comfort-Aire HWCR23T0A is a hydronic air handler rated for a 1.5 to 2 ton blower drive, on standard 115V power. Hydronic means it heats with hot water circulated from a boiler or water heater through its coil rather than with a furnace burner or electric strip — a house with a boiler gets forced-air heating and central air from one cabinet. This is the PSC version: a direct-drive blower with three speeds selected at the motor terminals, which costs less than the ECM constant-torque equivalent. Ships A/C ready with the A-coil and a factory-installed TXV.
