The Café Professional Series double wall oven pairs 10.0 cu. ft. of total capacity (5.0 cu. ft. upper and 5.0 cu. ft. lower) with True European Convection and Direct Air in both cavities, so you can roast, bake and broil on multiple racks at once without flavor transfer or uneven browning.
A 7" full-color touch LCD screen anchors the control panel, and built-in WiFi connects the oven to the SmartHQ™ app for remote preheat, remote monitoring and software updates that add features over time. The upper cavity includes a built-in oven camera with CookCam AI food recognition, letting you watch your roast from another room — or another city.
